Marketer, strategist, and researcher who is passionate about customer insights, brand messaging, and product strategy. Focused on creating digital products and experiences for music fans.

I’m a MBA graduate, marketer, project manager, and researcher who brings her unique perspective and experience into tech, brand innovation, community management, and consumer research. After a short return to live event marketing, I’ve pivoted into the music tech space bringing my user experience research skills and both b2c and b2b marketing expertise to digital and SaaS products.

The COVID pandemic put an abrupt halt to my years working in live event marketing and music industry. While starting the professional MBA program at Colorado State University’s Leeds School of Business, I founded Buy The Why Consulting, a boutique agency where I brought my research, content, marketing, and branding expertise to some amazing clients helping them discover their "why", find their voice, and create an inspiring story with content to connect with consumers.

I’m a certified in Customer Experience (CX) research tools that uncover and inform strategic, customer centric, and innovative products, services, and campaigns. I also have years of experience in digital advertising and marketing that brings brands to life through content and storytelling while minimizing costs and maximizing awareness and conversions. I am also an advocate and early adopter of web3 tools and communities. A life long learner, I stay on top of newest trends and technologies through active participation and inquisitive research.

It starts with a deep understanding of customers or potential customers. What their pain points are, what motivates and influences them an more. I am skilled at identifying penetrating insights that keep consumers at the core of brand decisions. My certification and experience in both quantitative and qualitative CX tools and research paints a picture of customers that informs products, services and feature innovation and business strategy.

Emerging Tech & Community

The tech, tools, and companies of tomorrow are in Discord servers today. How individuals and businesses foster community and idea exchange both in real life and online is a vital and emerging strategy. I am a active community member in groups that are on the cutting edge of collaborative work and creativity. A learner’s mindset keeps my finger on the pulse of latest trends in tech, innovation, and community building.
